High Level Summary

The team stops a thief in the park. Gets a foreboding vision of a new group of “Heroes” from Edward Rust. Then there’s an explosive exchange between Stagehand and Angela that evolves into kissing and awkwardness.

Additional Information:

Love letters are a cool feature in MASKS where that you can use to keep the story going when there is a break in sessions. This is Servo’s love letter from between session 2 and 3 and what option I picked.

Scenes

Trouble at the park

A casual walk through Maggie MacIntyre Memorial Park sees us meeting Blur as she’s stealing wallets from random pedestrians. Bethany asks her if she needs the money for food and after an awkward exchange they part. Dante and Angela decide to chase Blur down. After a brief altercation we’re able to convince her to return the money and maybe steal from rich people.

Surprising news

Edward Rust partners with Holy Conclave to create new team of heroes. They are the The Crusaders and have a branch for young heroes known as The Youth Crusaders.

The Crusaders have interesting members including Reverb and Bulldozer.

What the hell is going on between Angela and Kuro?

Kuro tries to encourage Angela to share some more information from her past and information about the Holy Conclave and it fails spectacularly. The discussion quickly turns into an argument in which Angela states she does not think about Kuro when she needs much of anything. In a risky gambit he goes in to kiss her and the kiss connects with the incredibly cheesy line “You should always be thinking about me”.

This is Awkward with a capital A. Servo comments that its a bit awkward. And Angela lashes out. In game, Pyra swaps his love, servo, with his rival, stagehand. She’s seems way into this. And Pyra asks Age how “How could more Angela get more kisses from Kuro?” and apparently Kuro likes when Angela’s all haughty and standoffish.
